- When they first die they smash the Brain in and drain it out, after that they take out the organs and would put them in a jar called canonic jars. They also would put the body in this special rice and it would take out all the liquid from the body. During that time they would pray for a safe trip to the after life band would put up a stela. A stela is like a tombstone that has a prayers on it.
- During they prepare the body a priest goes and conducts the mummification ceremony and they also say prayers too. The dead person widow or wife also goes to hope and pray for a safe and good trip to the after life. Another person goes to give gift so the deceased person can to take to the afterlife.

- After you make it to the afterlife you have to go to a place where the god Anubis weighs your heart to see if it is lighter than a feather. What that means is if you done many sins in your lifetime your heart will be heavy, if it is heavy a creature named Amit would eat your heart and not make it to eternal life. If you didn’t commit sins your heart will be lighter than a feather and you will have internal life.

- During Anubis is doing the heart ceremony the god Thoth is keeping record of the test. He was mostly likely recorded what the person was doing and if their heart was heavier or lighter. Thoth probably kept record on a wall near the test and with a papyrus.
- once you pass the heart test you will got to a place where the gods Osiris greets the person, and next to him are his wife and sister. There he will welcome you to the afterlife and let you to eternal life and you can be with the rest of you loved ones.
- Once you officially made it to eternal life you meet with your loved ones once again and stay with them forever. What you would do when your their with them are just things you used to do during your time on earth.
