its about the floor near the fryer station in the kitchen. the tiles have become really slippery, especially when oil splashes over during service. a couple staff nearly slipped today- including me.

yes its been getting worse over this week, we try to mop it on breaks but the oil keeps building up and the mat infront is worn out

1) ill get the maintenance team to replace the worn out mat. 2) we'll deep clean the oil area today after close and see if the tiles need replacing or sealing. 3) ill work with the team to create a clearer schedule for regular floor checks and clean ups.
that would make such a difference and maybe a reminder in the daily brief ? so everyone can know and be careful.
