- At this point, Denny is left to grapple in a fight with Zoe's grandparents over custody of Zoe. They believe that they can give Zoe a better life because Denny is always away because of his work. So Denny is stuck between his career and Zoe in a lawsuit.

- HE ASSAULTED ME!!
- I didn't do anything!
- Just when Denny thinks that things can't get any worse, it sadly does. There's a new debacle with a girl named Annika, a distant relative of Denny. Annika is an arrogant teenager who falsely accuses Denny of sexual assualt.

- The good news is, all the charges against the assault have been dropped since Annika confessed that she wrongfully accused you. And you're free to take Zoe home. You've won the case!
- The good thing about all of this is that Denny never gave up on his race-car driver career. But when something really wanted to go right, it did all at once. Finally, Annika admits that she wrongfully accused Denny and all the charges against him were dropped. And to add up, Denny also won the custody conflict.
