- That's for you ROYAL!
- You like lying wet in the street? I'm gonna call the cops for underage drinking! You know what, I won't, I'll see you 'round!
- He's a ROYAL! I don't want the GUARDIANS after us! Let's leave! 
- I'm sorry man but I can't help you out... The GUARDIANS might come after me and my girlfriend. 
- Young Andy was minding his own business on a rainy day in New York, but all of a sudden he gets stabbed by a rival gang member.
- As he is bleeding out in the alley, he tries to call for help, but he can't use his voice, so he's stuck on the ground waiting for help to come to him. Then a drunk man approaches Andy, and he just thinks Andy is so drunk so that's why he's passed out on the road, so he threatens to call the cops, then says "I'll let you go this time", and walks away not even knowing Andy is dying. 
- His name is Andy. 
- A Royal, huh
- A couple ran into the alley trying to get away from the rain, and they saw Andy lying in the street bleeding. The guy went up to him and asked what was wrong, but then he read THE ROYAL jacket, which scared him and his girlfriend. They thought if they helped Andy the opposing gang "THE GUARDIANS" would be after them. So the boy apologized to that he can't help him and ran away with his girlfriend. 
- Andy! Andy it's me Laura! Please don't leave me!
- Andy starts to accept defeat. He thinks about his girlfriend, and what he's gonna do without her, and what she's gonna do without him. He then makes a decision to take off the purple jacket that basically cost his life, so when cops and people find his body, they know he wasn't just a "ROYAL", he was Andy, a 16 year old boy. He used a lot of his energy to get the jacket off him.
- A minute passed midnight, Laura leaves the dance to look for Andy, she then finds him in an alley, she see's that hes motionless, and starts crying and runs to find a cop. The cop comes and tells her he's dead. He sees the jacket, and says "A Royal". She tells the cop "His name is Andy." He then writes down "A Royal."  
- The story ends with Laura losing her boyfriend, and Andy losing his life. He'll never get to experience his life, as he lost it at such a young age which was 16. His girlfriend never got to say goodbye. Andy cannot have a future with Laura, and himself.
