Queen Elizabeth dies and James I becomes king, he believed in drofk which creates conflict with parliaments. like religious issues, money issues and power issues.

the civil war started, Parliament(round-heads) vs king(cavaliers). the winner is parliament, Oliver Cromwell was the leader. Parliament beheaded Charles I and monarchy is abolished.
Oliver Cromwell set up military dictatorship but then later Cromwell dies and the army restores the monarch with Charles II
Charles II did not believe in the drofk which make him no threat to Parliament. james II becomes king and is openly catholic then has a son which makes parliament worried.group of English nobles encourage William of orange to invade and take over
James II fled to France and the revolution ended with no bloodshed. William and Mary( James daughter) accepted the offer to the throne. parliament created the bill of rights. monarch and parliament ruled together and destroyed drofk.
