Here's how you do that…
When these situations come up, don't think about how your going to fail or how it will take over your life, think about how you can control your stress and think think about it as something good instead of bad

You are always in control of your stress, just knowing that, makes it a lot easier to control it.
Well there you have it folks. From this day forward I hope you never have to think about stress as a bad thing again and take today as a lesson to live your life to the fullest without letting anything stop you.
You might be thinking “how am I supposed to always think of stress as a good thing?” well I have an answer: just know that when you think positively about stress your body reacts differently and your blood cells expand instead of retracting. This helps prevent cardiovascular diseases in your body and paves a brighter path for your future.
