- Hi everyone! Welcome to our story board video! Let us to introduce our self first.

- So, without further ado lets we start.
- Assalamualaikum and hello everyone. We from group 4 would like to give a short description of the novel we have chosen, which is ‘Of Mice and Men. My name is Nurhazwani Binti Mazani from the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy.
- The novel tells about George Milton and Lennie Small, two migrant workers who moved to a farm in California to find a new job. George Milton, a small man with a strong personality, is a good friend of Lennie Small. George is also considered the "Guardian" to his best friend, Lennie, because Lennie is deficient and behaves like a child.
- Based on this novel, Of Mice and Men. The exposition begins when two immigrant workers, George and Lennie were left their last job and went to work on a ranch because Lennie caught a woman by mistakenly grabbing her clothes.
- The conflict in this story begins when George and Lennie are good friends looking for work together. Lennie is a mentally handicapped person with a forgettable nature. Not only that, Lennie and George have their problems.
- Next, the rising action in this story started when Curley hates Lennie just because Lennie is physically bigger than she is. Curley is a boss’s on and his characteristics are anger and jealousy.
- The climax in this story started when Lennie has killed and caressed a puppy. At that moment, Curley's wife had seen Lennie's actions and told her story with the puppy. Lennie does not want Curley's wife to tell George. Suddenly, Curley's wife screamed and caused Lennie to act out of control by holding her hair and covering Curley's wife's mouth until she died.
- Besides, the falling action begins when Lennie had run away from the barn because she remembered George's instructions that if something bad happened, she would have to hide near the river. George knew Lennie was hiding in the river, so he found Lennie in the river.
- Last but not least, the resolution in this story is Before Curley can find him, George shoots Lennie. The men mask it. The reader feels that George's sorrow must kill his best friend. George decides to kill his best friend; Lennie is because Lennie killed Curley's Wife. He didn't want Curley or the other men to kill Lennie.
- The story tells the story of the life journey of a good friend between George and Lennie in search of a job that leads to tragedy after George kills Lennie due to the death of Curley's wife. Where the main character is George and Lennie. Based on my group, The novel of Mice and Men is a very good story because it incorporates various elements in each story.
- In our opinion, we like a novel where the favorite part of the book for us is when George and Lennie were looking for a new job and had to walk after being abandoned by a bus. Not only that, our favorite part is when George hides Lennie’s short comings so that they continue to work in new places and also Lennie’s actions that break Curley’s fingers because of Curley who often looked down on and hated Lennie.
- If we could change something, we want the ending of this story not to end tragically so that the bond of friendship is destroyed due to Lennie's murder caused by George. This is because, with such an ending, the friend's loyal attitude does not exist in their relationship all this time.
- We will recommend this book for all walks of life regardless of age. This is because the story line provides a variety of knowledge that can be used as a lesson in associating with everyone. This story line is also sad and we can feel that sadness when reading or watching the movie Of Mice and Men. From this story line, we give a 5-star rating from the beginning of the story until the end.
- The moral value that we can take is tough love. Lennie experience tough love when George has to shoot him because Lennie never learned to act his death as a consequence for that even if he was innocent. Sometimes what we love does not belong to use once we are not meant to be it some goes to Lennie and George.
- Next is a big dream. Georgeand Lennie’s Lennie dream for idea help keeps them going to make an effort and end of the day their dreams come true even in a difficult situation. As normal people, we have a lot of wish neither dream thus we have to do our best effort do make them real.
- Besides, don’t judge a book by its cover. Compared to George, Lennie appeared to be managed based on size. The most popular issue in our society when we always say that people with an innocent face has a kind heart and good attitude also it opposite when someone has a rough face we judge it as a hot temperature attitude.
- Other than that, kindness matter. Lennie was apers on that very kind and innocents throughout the novel. Beauty is not the main point to have a good life but once we have a kind of attitude that comforts everyone in our environments it will be back to use because what you give you get back.
- Last but not least, defend yourself. When Curly tried to beat up Lennie, Lennie covered his face with huge paws and bleated with terror. Self defend became the most important thing now day because out there a lot of stranger might make us as a victim of crime so while we have self defend of course we can protect our self.
- We highly recommend this novel to you read. It is because this novel was suitable for all ages. The pages of this novel also 107 pages written by John Steinbeck. This novel tells us about two guys travel to find a job and to make their big dream came true. The novel Of Mice and Men also given us a grim lesson on the nature of human existence and the relationship of friendship that makes the story line of this novel very interesting. Moreover, there is a story plot in this novel that is very heart-breaking to the reader. Lastly, we will rate it 5 out of 5 stars because we love this novel.
