- Just take it easy and take a break when you have time. You shouldn't push yourself too much. Do some things you love or  make you relax. Engage in recreational activities just like what I've been doing.  I'll help you.
- I feel so stressed and tired . Everyday I get anxious about schoolworks and my responsibilities at home.
- It's saturday tomorrow. Let's go to amusement park. To help you refresh your minds.
- Uhmm.. Okay let me try it.

- Wow! That's so fun! It really refresh my mind. For a moment I forgot all of my problems.
- I'm glad you like it. You should also try other recreational  activities. For example try walking in your neigborhoods just like what I've been doing or if you like you can try volleyball. There is a tryout tomorrow. If you want to try you can come.
- Wow! This is the first time I sweat alot. I feel so energized.  I didn't  knowing playing with  others  can this be fun. 
- That's nice to hear. That's actually the benefits of engaging recreational activities. It will help you ease your mind and help you energized. And will help you sociailze with other. 
- Oh! I finished my schoolwork and my work at home  earlier  than I expected.  And I have still energy. Is this the effect of recreational activity!? I' ll start adding it on my leisure time from now on.

- You look really different nowadys. You are not the same from months ago who always look stressed and down. You also seem to socialize with other people now. Im so happy for you.
- Yes, and all thanks to you! Thank you forintroducing  me to recreational activities. Now, I've been physically and mentally stable. It also help me utilize my time and socialize with other people. Now I know recreational activities  have a lot of benefits.
