We had already come up with a concept, and now he is asking for a new idea. We probably should have done the report by now. He should have told us his idea in the meeting so that we could discuss it.
We just have some misunderstandings about the concept of our project.

You know, as a team, we should work as one; no one should be left behind. We are accountable for each and everyone's concerns. When we have a task, we should learn to initiate as well as clarify the ideas and have a consensus..........

I'm sorry that you feel invalidated, if only I know you felt that way I would have made sure we sat down to discuss this prior to the meeting.
I'm also sorry for what I said to you. I was just carried away by ny emotions and I should not have done that.
This should serve as a lesson to all of us that the next time you make a decision,you should comsider everyone's ideas as well as determine the agreement of each individual before making a final decision, as thus will leesen the conflict.
