King Agrippa and Bernice arrive in Caesarea to visit Festus. They stayed there for many days as Festus talked about Paul's case.  He explains Paul's situation stating that the chief priests and elders of the Jews brought him and charged him. Festus responded to them by saying that he didn't find this man guilty and but put him on hold until he could send him to Caesar. Agrippa told Festus he would like to see him.
Paul stood in front of King Agrippa and Paul began is defense.  Stating his charges by the Jews and he tells the King that he is spreading the word of God and his twelve tribes hope to attain a promise to worship God day and night.  He punishes the holy ones from consent from the chief priests and cast my voice against them.  Paul punished them to force them to blaspheme and was so angry he pursued them to foreign cities
