- Yes but the prices have been raised so much!
- Aren't the new buildings so much nicer?
- New urbanization is the development of planning on how cities and buildings have been built throughout the past years, and further improving them, such as making sure there is enough room on both the side of the road and the road itself, and making sure a home is big enough to house a average - sized family.
- Gated Communities
- Rural areas is open regions away from city towns that usually spread out, not many people live in these areas, as the population density is often very low.
- Greenbelt
- I'm thankful our kids are safe to play in this area
- Gentrification is the process of a poor urban area is changed by more wealthier civilians, to improve the buildings and housings, which is seen as both good and bad due to the higher cost of the better housing.
- Edge city
- The shopping  center is in the middle of that city, do you want to go there when were done here?
- Greenbelts tend to refer to the land that is usually left natural and known as underdeveloped surrounding more urban cities or regions.
- For real, I'm grateful they keep it gated. Its nice to have a place that isn't covered in buildings and pollution
- An edge city is an urban area with a larger suburban residential and buisness area surrounding it
