How are you doing? How Long Have You taken care of this man? When had the old man come out to country?
I'm Doing well. I've care taken for this man for about a year. He left for the country a few days ago, however I'm unsure of his return.
As he answered, thinking he was clam- he noticed his paleness which he had recently obtained- and began to wish to part ways from the officers.

His sanity was degrading- He was becoming more crazy by the minute- He gasped for breathe fearing being discovered, fearing being mad- yet the officers heard nothing. He heard a sound, but didn't know where from.
Its a low, dark, deep sound- it terrifies me! What is it? I cant breathe? I'm not Crazy? They cant notice
This Guy Seems so nice - I feel bad for keeping him up this late-

I hear it! It's beating -Its Beating Vehemently-.They must hear this! It's getting louder- I'm not mad-!
The Man fell far deeper into madness. He claimed to not be mad, yearning for validation. Collectively, his guilt and madness conceived the idea. He grew stressed, the pounding heart vexed him deeply -yet the officers heard nothing, suspected nothing -the beating was all in his head. He thought the officers as hypocritical, feeling agony and derision -this along with his madness and guilt broke him.
"It was a low, dull, quick sound—much such a sound as a watch makes when enveloped in cotton."
