- Hello there.I am a fish, as you can see, and I belong to a wonderful girl named Yeh- Shen.I have a daily talk with my friend and we talk about the most exciting things.Every day, she comes down to the little pond that I live in to feed me.Yeh-Shen is the most kind human being I have ever met, but poor Yeh-Shen has a evil step mother that treats her very unfairly.

- Today, Yeh-Shen came down to the little pond, with her coat on , for our daily chat.At least I thought it was my friend...

- I was mistaken.The woman in the coat was not my Yeh-Shen, but it was her evil step mother ! She found out about Yeh-Shen's secret, me.Evil stepmother hid a dagger in Yeh-Shen's old coat to trick me, and it worked.Strangely, though, I have turned into a pile of magic bones, and Yeh-Shen is to come to me when she needs help.

- Next think i knew, A strange old man appeared and started to tell Yeh-Shen about everything that had happened to me.He told her that anytime she needed something, she was to come to my bones and ask me for help.He also told her not to waste her wishes, and to think about a wish before she did.I hope Yeh-Shen will listen to these directions.They sound important.I wouldn't want anything to happen.
