The First U.S Constitution was called the Articles of confederation that were in effect back in 1781 to 1787 , and we're gonna be talking about all three branches of government , the first one being the Legislative branch which is a part of congress that is responsible for making the Country's laws . -
The reason the branches were created balance , by dividing power between three separate branches op government: the legislative , executive, judicial. Now onto the second branch The Executive Branch which is responsible for carrying out and executing the nations laws -
With the President of the united states as the chief in this branch, also in the branch is the Vice President and the rest of the President's cabinet
Settling legal disputes, punishing who violated the law, and hearing civil cases there's a list of things they do but we can talk about that another day, now for the most important thing the bill of rights, and there are 10 amendments that we will be talking about, the first one being Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, Petition-
Now for the final branch the judicial branch. This branch is responsible for interpreting laws that are mad by the legislative and enforced by the executive branch.Things the branch does are Interpret state laws ,-
