- Hi! I'm an igneous rock, and I just formed from that volcano behind me, which just erupted.
- All this wind is breaking me down into tiny bits! WHY ME? I'm too young to die!!!
- Wait, never mind! I'm fine and I'll be a new rock soon combined with all this other sediment. I knew that wind wouldn't break me down too bad.
- It's still me... how do you like the new look? I'm a sedimentary rock now-in fact, about to be metamorphic!
- Yeah! I'm about to combine with him thanks to heat and pressure. It's so cool that we're going to be the same rock!
- Ta-Da! It's the new me-well, us, but anyway, I just turned into a sedimentary rock. Phew- it really is getting hot in here!
- Too much heat, I guess. Looks like I'm back to where I started.
