John is in high school and currently needs hours in track so he can start running bigger races like a 400 or even a 1600! But john also needs help in science and is on the topic reference points. John decides to run for track and look out for anything that stands out as good reference points.
John starts to run to his school and meet the track team.  On his way while running he see's all type of reference points. he saw a stop sign, his moms car, houses, lamp post and more. when he gets there he starts to do a practice run.
Time to run!
There's so much Reference Points!
While running he finds a friend from school and starts running with him. His name is Alex and he is in the same science class as john. The two boys start looking for reference points in order to get better at their topic. the two boys see the ground, benches, trees, cars and more. 
Whats up!
The boys realize that there are reference points all over the place and now they can decide whats a reference point now.
