- India has many geographic features such as the northern plains, the himilaya mountains, and the salt deserts. India has 6 climate zones Tropical, Tropical savannah, arid steppe, humid subtropical, mountain and, desert climate
- Political
- India practices Hinduism as their religion. Hinduism is a religion that believes in samsara which is the continues life cycle, life death and reincarnation. Hindus pray to many gods but the most important ones are Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, Devi, and Krishna. Hindus have to be compassionate honest and not harm living beings.
- Economics
- India has made advances in technology since the ancient times. Creating many of the things we love and enjoy today such as scales and  flushing systems. India has also one of the best armies in the world and has defended there country from Pakistan three times. India has also launched the biggest census in the world today. 
- Social
- India has a democratic government. They have a president like the U.S. but unlike them they have Parliament and have a council of ministers with a prime minister advising the president. To be president you have to be 35 or older and be a citizen.
- India currently has a mixed economy and has one of the fastest growing economies in the world. A mixed economy is one where the private and public sectors are mixed. India's main economic source is the service industry. Agriculture is not as big as it was but still is a big part of India's economy.
- India has a hierarchy social structure. India's citizens are seperated by wealth and relations. Wealthy men have more power than poor men. Also age difference plays a role in the social structure. There is a noticable gap between rich and poor.
