- 3 advantages of partnership are: 1. there are no extra taxes, 2. banks are more likely to give you loans, and 3. you have more people with expertise. 3 disadvantages are: 1. each partner has limited liability, 2. the company has a limited life, and 3. conflicts between partners tend to arise.

- 3 advantages to a corporation are: 1. it's easier to attract skilled labor, 2. the company will stay alive longer even under different ownership, and 3. it's easier to raise capital (money). 3 disadvantages are: 1. it's expensive and complicated to start, 2. it requires a lot of time, and 3. you have to deal with shareholders and the government more.

- Hmm... I think my best option would be a sole proprietorship. I don't want to deal with the government and I tend to have conflicts with people a lot.
