Explaining to Students About My Safe Space
As your teacher, I want everyone to feel accepted and learn about who we are. My place should be a safe space for you all! 
Students will be kind and respect each others cultural/religious backgrounds.
The Class Can Be the Safest Place for Some Students
As an educator, I would have a designated day for students to teach myself and their peers about their culture or religion. 
I Hope to Create an Empathetic and Supportive Classroom! 
Explaining this to my students will give them a better understanding not only of their peers, but understand the importance of feeling safe in a classroom because sometimes the classroom is the safest spot for some students. 
I would like to strive for the classroom being supportive because growing up, I was now happy being home. It was toxic for me and having supportive educators made me encouraged to be at school. 
I wish I was in school, being home makes me feel miserable. 
I want to reveal to my students that as their educator I will love and care for them as my own children and to ensure their safety is the top priority.
