- As the coach is sitting in his office with lots of posters of his team and he is looking for players for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He comes upon Fernando Valenzuela and he is reviewing footage of him and he is in shock how the way he pitches.
- He never saw someone who is left handed and screwballs in baseball then the coach goes out to contact Fernando Valenzuela for tryouts for the baseball team. He sends a email then waits 5 minutes later he waits then 10 minutes then he responds with a email that said he would like to tryout for the team

- then Fernando asks what time the coach emails back and says 12:30 is the tryouts for the team. The next day Fernando Valenzuela goes to the location for the tryouts and the coach was sitting in a pull out chair on a nice hot summer day drinking a lemonade then the coach stands and announces himself as Jaivon and I will be your coach for the tryouts
- After the tryouts fernando valenzuela gets on the team and he starts to win games and starts to earn awards like the CY Young award and the rookie of the year award and games are going good.
- Till he gets to the World Series and goes against the yankees but his 7th pitched in the World Series and he gets a out but he pops his shoulder out of place and gets set to the hospital the crowd is quiet and the crowd is confused on what happened .
- five minutes later the announcer of the world series says on the microphone that Fernando Valenzuela has been injured. After the big game the LA Dodgers still won with a score of 3-2
