  • That's okay. You can talk to me anytime. You know my brother Jacob? He went through depression so I am pretty educated on it. Have you thought about seeing a professional about this?

  • First of all, you should get your parents to bring you to see your GP, your GP can create you a plan as well as reccomend the best services for you. If you ever need someone to talk to, most helplines are very good but the best ones to deal with depression are Beyond Blue, Kids Helpline and ReachOut. There are also many online forums that can link you to people with the same issues. Another thing that you should do to help your symptoms is implement healthy lifestyle changes and increase social interractions.
