- Hubert flooded the house and Gorp gets soaking wet. Gorps starts off their relationship with getting mad.

- Hubert and Gorp get in a brake accident. They both almost die because of what Gorp thinks is a stupid invention.

- I was just trying to make our life better.
- Hubert wants to make up for his mistakes so he lets Gorp cut the ribbon. Gorp forgives Hubert.

- Hubert broke a vase his mom made. This make Gorp mad.
- I was just trying to keep the mice out.
- Hubert tried to make a new invention. It didn't work and broke Gorps sledge.
