- Ladies, we area all employed to do the same work, but are not recieving the same benefits.....; Is this based on Gender Discrimination! We must take this further??
- Section 14 of the Labour Relations Act gives Shop Stewards several special rights. They are employees voted by their unionised colleagues to represent them in dealings with Management.
- Joanne, raises the Grievance/Matter to the Shop Steward's attention....
