- Of course! After we take the cows off the pastures, we round them up here into the corral right behind us. From there, we sort them out and move them into that chute you see over there. Eventually, we push them into the cattle trailers, which take them to the market in Pleasanton, Texas.
- So, could you explain to me the process you use to make the farm-to-market possible?
- The video begins with Michael Marsh standing in front of a cow pasture. He asks a question about the farm-to-table process, then introduces himself and Alex Natal. Michael explains they will talk about the first step at Reyes’ Farms and Ranches.

- At Reyes Farms, the journey begins with care. Cattle are raised in open pastures, nurtured with dedication, and prepared for the next step in their journey. From balanced nutrition to regular health checkups, every step focuses on responsible and ethical farming. Once ready, these cattle begin the next stage of their journey—the local livestock market.
- The scene transitions to a shot of the land and pastures while Michael's voiceover explains how the cattle are raised with care and prepared for the market.

- So, we’ve reached the end of the process, from a cow being raised to ending up at the livestock exchange market. I’d like to thank Mr. Natal from Reyes’ Farms and Ranches for letting us use his farm and film it.

- The video transitions back to the Atascosa Livestock Exchange, where Michael stands with Alex Natal. Michael thanks Alex for sharing his knowledge and letting them film at the farm. They shake hands, and Alex responds warmly.
