Last time, we found an aging population problem in Japan and the solution that we got is to encourage the elderly to stay in the labor force while teaching kids to have a good work balance.
And we are Quack Quack 3 / Group 3

While they were talking, the Group 3 members came up with an idea.
The Idea
So the first step we....
How about we make a prototype?
How do use our solution?
In the first step, we will need to convince some elderly people to stay at work.
First Step
I don't think i want to go back at work
So sir will you go back at the work force and teach your grand kids about good work balance?
Hmm. then I'll take it
How about we give you insurance and more?
In the second step, the elderly will also teach their grandkids to have a good work balance.
