France and the Native Americans traded and took up the Ohio Valley River area which upset the British.
We don't want you here! The French should've won!
Britain and France went to war over the occupied land of Ohio River Valley. The Indians sided with the French because they treated them better than how the British did.
You can't settle here! It's the law!
That's a dumb law! Just like those heavy taxes you're making us pay!
The British won the war meaning that they took most of France's land in North America. France unoccupied the land and the Native Americans didn't get to have their protection anymore.
I don't like the British government.
The Native Americans were hostile towards the British and the English didn't have enough money for the new area they gained. This is why the Proclamation of 1763 was made.
The colonists were mad about not being able to settle west word. Not to mention that since Britain wracked up so much debt due to the war, they started heavily taxing the colonists.
The thirteen colonies originally had nothing in common until then. Now they all have a common enemy, Great Britain.
