I think we should spend the surplus on advertizing
I think we should get a bonus for doing all of our work and staying under budget
Well those are good ideas but personally I think that we should buy new supplies and because i am the manager i have final say
Hey Jill, what is up with the boss nowadays it feels like we have no say and are unimportant to the company they way he treats us
On No i love it, when he tells me what to do i don't have to think about it and just get to get my work done and go home
I guess but doesn't it make you feel like he doesn't trust us to do our jobs

Its so awesome that the boss wants out input. It makes me feel like he really values our input!
I guess but he never seems to actually do what we suggest. It feels like he is treating us like children and just pretending to listen to us
I guess and it does sometimes take a while to make decisions that seem like it would be simple to make
But that can be good sometimes, where i used to work we would rush decisions and we would make the wrong decision
