Hey Jill, Does it bother you at all that the boss seems to have no interest in what we do with our time
Not really i think it shows that he trust us to get our work done without having to be annoying about it
I guess but sometimes it would be nice to get a little bit of help with some of the harder parts of the job
I see what you're saying but also to me it is nice to have the liberty to be able to get our work done at my own pace

Does anyone need any help with anything, and i mean anything it doesn't just have to be work related we can help each other with lie stuff too
It is so great that we have someone t work t turn to if we need anything isnt it!
I guess but sometimes i just want to get here get my work done and go home, not have to talk about every detail of my life
SOmetimes i feel the same way but still it is nice that the boss treats us almost like family, it just feels good to work for someone that actually cares for a change
Oh i fully agree but then when someone does something wrong he refuses to reprimand them because it will "Ruin the vibe"
