Romeo is dead, no I mean Tybalt also, actually only Tybalt.
Benvolio tells Mercutio that they better get out of there before encountering Capulet men. Tybalt enters and begins to stir trouble. Mercutio and Tybalt get into a fight and as Romeo is trying to stop the commotion, Tybalt stabs Mercutio under Romeo's arm. As Mercutio is falling, Tybalt and his men hurry away to avoid being caught by the prince.
Act 3 Scene 3
You go see Juliet during the night and flee to Mantua.
Mercutio curses out the Capulet men as they hurry away. Romeo than says that his love for Juliet distracted him and he should have killed Tybalt right there. Tybalt then comes back all frustrated. Romeo draws his sword and so does Tybalt. Romeo then kills Tybalt. Benvolio urges Romeo to run away. The prince arrives and states that Romeo be exiled from Verona and if he is ever seen in Verona, he shall be killed.
Act 3 Scene 4
You will marry Juliet on Thursday.
Okay, thank you sir.
In the Capulet's house, the Nurse enters crying. She is so distraught she can't speak straight. This makes it sound like Romeo is dead. Juliet says she will just take her own life. Then the Nurse says no and tries to explain the story again. Juliet gets confused and thinks both of them are dead. The Nurse then says that only Tybalt is dead and that Romeo has been banished. Juliet tells the nurse to take a ring to Romeo.
Act 3 Scene 5
It is a gift I wish not to have.
You are a disgrace to the family name!
Romeo fled to Friar Laurence's cell and is overcome with grief. Romeo states that the banishment is far worse than any punishment. The Nurse arrives. The Friar comes up with a plan for Romeo to visit Juliet at night and then stay in Mantua until the news of the marriage had spread. The Nurse hands Romeo the ring. The Nurse leaves and Romeo bids a farewell to Friar Laurence.

Paris, Lord Capulet, and Lady Capulet are walking together. Lord Capulet says that there is no time to get Juliet's opinion on marriage. Lord Capulet thinks his daughter will have no problem marrying Paris. Lord Capulet then states that the wedding will be held on Wednesday. Capulet asks Paris what date it is. Paris says it is Monday. Lord Capulet thinks Wednesday is too soon and pushes it back to Thursday.
Romeo is told by Juliet that he must flee as Lady Capulet comes to the door. Lady Capulet talks about how she wishes Romeo was dead. Juliet acts the same way, but she is lying. Lady Capulet tells Juliet about the marriage to Paris. Juliet is upset and Lord Capulet threatens to disown Juliet from the family. She goes to the Friar after asking the Nurse for help. Juliet says she will end her life if the Friar tells her the bad news.
