- 10th week since the start of the business
- Profit
- John is starting a business. So he has to get a license and a permit to be able to start of business. He can do this because he has the freedom of choice to get a license and start a business. John wants to own his own car dealership!
- Competition
- 20% OFF ON ALL CARS!!!!!
- Everybody will come here now!
- John's business has been really successful since he started. He has been getting very good sales and investements to improve his business. It has gotten to the point where John has reached his Market Price.
- Upgrading the property
- After months of hard work, John has finally been able to make a profit for himself. He is now able to make more money than he is using to pay his employees and to buy supplies.
- Private Property
- While John's Car Dealership was doing well, another car dealership opened, about a mile away from his. If John wants to keep making profit, he will have to attract more customers by making better deals, making the store appealing, and proving that his shop is better.
- John now has enough money to buy more esate and expand his shop. First he wants to make bigger garages so he can offer cheap car washes. He also wants to expand his parking lot to showcase more cars and let more room for people to park.
- One day John goes into work in the morning, and he sees a car parked in his parking lot. He is sure that his property is private, so that car is illegally parked in his parking lot. So he called the cops and consulted them about it. John will pay for a tow truck to take the car away if someone doesn't claim the car.
