Kintu appears on the plains of Uganda with a cow on his side that he fed off of its milk,Kintu feed the cow bananas and millet he was rewarded from the sky god, Ggulu.

Kintu was able to pass in trials with success with the assistants of an unidentified divine power,Ggulu is impressed with Kintu's wit and resilience, rewarding his efforts with his daughter Nnambi and many agricultural gifts.
Hey can you hold the hen and millet
They first take Kintu's cow to Ggulu to provehis humanness and to seek Ggulu's permission of his admission into the sky.

Before his encounter with Ggulu, Kintu meets a woman namedNnambiand her sister who had come from the sky.
Kintu was given the basic materials for life in Uganda. however, Kintu was warned to never come back for any reason for fearing that Nnambi's brother Walumbe will fallow them to earth.
Kintu and Nnambi realized they had for gotton the hen and millet back in the sky, so they brushed Ggulu's warning aside and returned to go grab it.
