Sam was a teenager with a great dream—he wanted to drive his own car and see the world! His talking best friend, Buddy the car, was just as thrilled. One morning, as they relaxed in the garage, Buddy exclaimed, "Hey Sam, it's time to sit for your learner's license!"Sam's face brightened. "Really? When can I get it

Buddy smiled and replied, “You can get your Learner’s License when you turn 16! You just have to pass a written knowledge test with at least 80% to earn it.”Sam nodded confidently. “I’ll study hard! What else do I need to know?”Buddy explained, “Once you get your ‘L,’ there are a few rules to follow. You must always have a qualified supervisor who’s at least 25 years old in the passenger seat. You can’t drive between midnight and 5 a.m., and you must have zero alcohol or drugs in your system. Plus, no handheld electronics while driving!”Sam made a checklist to study road signs and practice safe habits. Buddy offered, “I’ll quiz you every day!”
