Jeffy catches up to the robber and they both end up in a fist fight! A police officer nearby sees them and arrests the robber.

Suddenly out of nowhere, a robber comes and steals Jeffy's suitcase! Now they are both running across the ocean for the suitcase!

Suddenly he feel an invisible pull on his leg and suddenly sinks into the ground! There he realized he became ground water again (Groundwater is water that's in the ground, duh). So he waited and waited but he couldn’t leave.

Jeffy thanks the police officer and looks for a way to get re-evaporated. He makes it into the clouds just to fall onto the soil AGAIN.

Suddenly he feel himself moving Jeffy gets excited and swims the way he feels the water going and makes it out and into a lake as discharge!
DRIPPY DONALD JR. *coughs* GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE RIGHT NOW YOUNG MAN!!!
YESSS!!! I MADE IT!! YIPEEEE!

Then he realizes he is still floating but he is to tired now, so he lets the water drift him away! Then he wakes up and understands that he got collected into a river! Collection is when the water gets collected into a lake, ocean, or river.
