Washing dishes is so tiring. When could I do something different?
Do you know why you're still doing dishes? Because you keep complaining about it.
This scene depicts that Adkison is tired of washing dishes due to the outrageous amount and would like to be promoted. But his boss, Jeff, lectures him saying the reason why he's not doing something else is because he is rapidly complaining. This motivated Adkison to work harder and soon get promoted.
