Ponyboy gets jumped

Johnny dies

Ponyboy was walking home from the movie theater when he realized a red corvair was following him. Then a the car pulled up beside him and 5 Socs jumped out and started attacking him.
They had realized that some children were missing. Ponyboy went into the church and Johnny followed. Then, Dally yelled for them to get out because the roof was going to cave in. Finally then Johnny pushed Ponyboy out of the way through a window and a piece of lumber fell on Johnny.
Johnny wanted to see Ponyboy and Dally said he was getting worse when he left. They ran to the hospital and got a police escort there by lying and saying Ponyboy fell of his motor cycle. They told Johnny about the rumble and how everyone is saying Johnny is a hero. Finally, Johnny told Ponyboy to stay gold. He then died.
