Pineda- Spain
Pineda was the first European to observe the Texas Coast. In 1519 He did not finish his mission because his men were arrested by Hernan Cortes who saw them as a threat.
Cabeza De Vaca - Spain
in 1526 Cabaza De Vaca was exploring as a member of the Narvaez expedition. This Expedition got lost and built boats to sail back to Mexico in 1528. The boats were caught in a hurricane and ended up getting shipwrecked on the Galveston island. Luckily the Gulf culture tribe gave them food and shelter.
Coronado - Spain
in 1540 Corondo and more than 1000 men went in search for the city .He was the first European to discover the Palo Duro Canyon , The Grand Canyon, and the Pacific Ocean.
La Salle- France
La Salle is a Famous French Explorer from France. In 1685 he arrived in Texas Matagords Bay (Texas Coast) ship called The Belle.
My Slide
If I could go back in time I would also try to find the city , with the other 1000 people who went to search for it.
My Accomplishments would be finding the adobe villige and discovering new places instead of the city.
