  • Unshaked of motion...That I was constant Cimber should be banished,And constant do remain to keep him so.

  • oh Caesar....
  • Caesar is telling Metellus that he has no real reason to release his brother from banishment and that it's not logical to do so, Caesar tells him that Metellus has brought him no real proof to lift the banishment.
  • Caesar is giving himself a lot of credit, he tells Brutus that he could do no wrong!
  • Caesar is telling Cassius, Brutus, and Metellus, that he doesn't regret his actions and thinks that Cimber should keep his banishment. But Cassius and Brutus are trying to appeal to his sense of emotion and are begging him to lift the banishment.
