It’s all centered around a confusing table that shows all the available monitoring hours and the contact information for each monitor. On the other hand, Maria also dislikes this process, as she can't organize her monitoring properly.

To address both issues, they need to start using MonitorIF - an app for Managing Academic Monitoring. This app will allow the students to schedule meetings and talk to the monitor directly within the app.

The monitor will also be able to control their scheduled meetings and generate reports, later to be sent to the educational sector of the institute. Overall, this app will make the interaction between John and Maria easier, making the whole scheduling process stay in one place.
