So that's how it works.
There seems to a tsunami heading towards the city everyone evacuate.
I need to get there fast.
Then he had an idea he thought of rocks and solids. Then his arms transformed into a solid. He soon realized that he could change his body into different state of matter by controlling his electron with a thought.
Your name should be Mr. Matter
When he was about to try gas he heard the radio say that there was a huge tsunami about to hit the city. Then Leo got the idea to help the city from being hit by the tsunami. He made his legs turn into gas so he can float to the area quicker.
Mr. Matter huh. Not a bad name.

Our Hero
So heroic
He saw the wave and he was thinking of a way to stop the wave. When at that moment he thought of making himself into gas and make another wave to collide with the other one to cancel it out.
THE End
Leo became entirely made out of gas and he started to make a second tsunami that had the same size and force to cancel it out because when two equal forces collide they cancel out each other.
After he had save the the city people started to call him a hero and someone in the city called him Mr. Matter and that name became his. He became a big hero that would save everyone that was in need with his powers.
So ends the origin story of Mr. Matter and how he saved the city from being destroyed by a Tsunami.
