Firstly, you need to understand they all are from the same breed but as you can see they have some differences. A mutation is an alteration of the genome on a living organism’s cell and that's the reason why there is a black dog among all these brown ones. But as you told me, there is a clearer brown. This is because the sexual selection is a theory that postulates that the evolution of certain conspicuous physical traits—such as pronounced coloration, increased size, or striking adornments—in animals may grant the possessors of these traits greater success in obtaining mates.

Yeah! Great observation but this is because of Natural selection and adaptation.
But dad, look around, this place personally seems very wierd for dogs to live here.
OMG SON!! This is so sad to look at but this is probably because of the theory of Survival to the Fittest which claims that the organisms that survive the longest and have better reproduction are the ones that have a better adaptation to their environment. So probably this dog took a lot of time and struggled to adapt to this place.
