In the beginningMacbeth meets the three witches that will soon give him the three prediction that will forever change his life.(Thane of glamis, Thane of Cawdor, King of Scotlland).

Macbeth then goes to lady Macbeth and tells her about the witches predictions. then, forming a plan to soon kill the current king(Duncan).Not only was Macbeth eager for this plan to happen, but even more so, Lady Macbeth.
This absolutely needs to happen, now!
whatever you say.
As they go to try and fufilll the plan, Lady Macbeth realizes she cannot go through with it. As King Duncan looks too much like her dad as he sleeps.Macbeth then hesitantly steps in becoming unsure about the whole things.
Before Macbeth sees the witches again, he suspects that banquo knows about the sinful act taken place soon before that(killing Duncan).Macbeth than has someone hired to find, and kill Banquo and his son(fleance).
As Macbeth becomes king, and Lady Macbeth Queen, Macduff becomes more and more angry toward both of them knowing what they did.Macbeth also becomes slowly more mentally ill and crazy the more this event sits on his heart.
Even with the prediction of not being able to be killed by someone who is bored of a women, Macduff was able to defy the odds not being born naturally of a women, killing Macduff and becoming king of Scotland.
