Dette er den fjerde del af vores illustrerede guide til produktudviklingsserier. En del af produktudviklingen er at forstå dine kunder. Kunde Journey Mapping er processen med at se på end-to-end serier af begivenheder, der udgør hele historien om før dit produkt / service, ved hjælp af dit produkt / service og efter.
