Dette er den femte del af vores illustrerede guide til produktudviklingsserier. I hele denne serie har vi udvidet en produktidee til et forretningskoncept, begyndelsen af en Go-to-Market-plan og udviklede personas til at svare til alle disse dele. Vi har også advaret gentagne gange, at den største risiko en virksomhed, et nyt produkt eller en tjeneste har, gør noget, som ingen ønsker. I denne artikel skal vi dissekere nogle antagelser, vi har lavet, hvordan de påvirker vores arbejde, og hvordan vi kan teste dem. Mange af aspekterne i vores forretningsplan kræver den forudgående antagelse at være sandt, men hvis pludselig den tidligere antagelse er falsk, kan og vil der kunne hoppes over store dele af det fremtidige arbejde.
