Hi B. The successful beneficiaries have been informed of the outcome of their applications. I understand that an agreement must be signed by the beneficiary and the department but where do I start, I am not familiar with transfer payment agreements.
The transfer payment agreement contains certain minimum obligations of the beneficiary. The Financial Management Team have, in conjunction with Legal Services, drafted a transfer payment template which was vetted so that would be your starting point. If you identify any additional conditions that you might want to add into the vetted template1)2),.....
I advise that you consult with Financial Management prior to submission to Legal Services for vetting of the agreement and ensure that it has been approved by the Delegated Authority.

Yes, I will share a link to access a copy and the process map which will guide you in terms of the process of evaluation of the draft agreement and the documents that has to accompany the submission of the agreement. Ensure that the agreement is typed on a letterhead andsubmitted to legal services for legal opinion prior to any conclusion/signature.
