The Carbon CycleThrough a plant, human and fungusBitsy Kurien
I was running down the street, a bowl of cereal in hand. When suddenly, I tripped, and the clay bowl shattered into a Googleplex amount of pieces. I watched the milk run down the sidewalk and forced down the sewage. Mourning its waste. It was so young but so old, afterall the milk was just freshly made, but its atoms are older than the universe itself and have been in many different organisms. One of those atoms is hydrogen.
Oh no.
The human takes in oxygen and breathes out carbon dioxide for the plant to use once again
The plant brings both the water and the CO2 to the chlorophyll(which is in the leaves), and then the plant converts the CO2 and the water into glucose and oxygen, trough the energy from the sun, trapping the energy in the glucose.
The plant absorbs water from the ground using the roots.
The plant takes in carbon dioxide from the air through the stomata (little holes in the leaves).
Decomposer
When that human dies, their body will slowly decompose, which means to break down, so all the carbon that been used to build the body and all the carbon dioxide that didn’t make it out will be released.
The Carbon goes back into tha plant over and over, an endless cycle.
