  • Stress Eating May be overeating (fatty and sugary foods when stressed) or undereating (taking in less nutrition, calcium, and vitamin D). To avoid start eating meals with nutrition you need, enough to fill you up. Don't skip meals. Take your time when eating, do not rush to finish. Be positive.
