- Middle managers are the middle of the levels of managers. Middle managers get the first level managers to report to them, while they themselves report to the exective level managers. Middle managers tell the exective managers important updates or inform them on things that need to be changed. They are the ones who put the business' strategy into place.

- I'm giving you till the end of the week to each decrease one specific area of the company in order to reduce costs.
- I need this task completed and reported back to me by the end of the week and no later.
- First level management is the lowest level. This level of management directly manages employees. First line managers jobs consists of many technical skills, human relations skills, and a small portion of conceptual skills. They are the managers who supervise the people working on the business' strategy.
