When I get hungry and I dont want to gain the weight , I drink lots of water and gum to relieve the hunger from my stomach to feel full. That way I won't gain the weight and still be pretty
Oh my god that's a better solution than what I do. I also wear bigger clothes so people won't notice the weight difference and if I can't eat dinner I take the plate, pretend to eat it, but I just hide it in my trash can
