  • It's been a while Isabel. I am fine, well the business isn't. I've been looking for ways to retain and gain new customers this pandemic. Since the start of the quarantine, I lost my loyal clients, thus made me loss my revenues. It made me feel lost and disappointed. Actually, I am planning on closing down the store in 15 days if I cannot find solution on prospering the business again. Maybe, I should accept the work my past agency offers.
  • Ate Nena! How are you? Is your business still operating? I see there are no customers.
  • She happily greets her favorite Ate Nena not knowing that this is the last time she will be able to enjoy their special burrito.
  •
  • May the Almighty Father help Ate Nena to solve her problem. This pandemic brought us so much challenges that causes us pain. I hope Ate Nena will be okay and this pandemic shall be over.
  • Two years after the government officials imposed a quarantine in the entire country that affected millions of businesses may small or big.
  • It's been 2 years since the last time I came here. It is good to be back; however, I felt sad due to Ate Nena lost its customers. It must be hard for her. I shall go inside and talk to her.
  • Ate Nena's situation is one of the dilemmas that entrepreneurs faces amidst the pandemic. We all know businesses cannot reach the top without the help of their loyal clients or customers, thus Ate Nena losing them became a huge burden for her business. It leads to losing of revenues and even considering closing the store.
  • Thank you very much, Isabel! I do appreciate the help. If there is something I am troubled with expect me to call you. You're such a sweet daughter.
  • Ate Nena, you are a strong person and I do believe that you can find solution to this problem. I know how much you love this store. I was with you from the very beginning. Please do not give up. instead, talk to me and tell me what I can help you. Okay?
  • The pandemic brought us numerous life lessons, maybe business-related, health-related, or knowing your purpose in life. This pandemic helps us to reshape our visions and improve our methods of surviving life. We are taught the importance of having companions and have each other's back to lift up our spirit and to have a positive outlook despite the challenges we've experienced. Thus, we shall not be ashamed of speaking up our problems for we are not alone in this battle.
