Exposition
I wish I could go to this dance, My parents definately wouldn't sign this
Rising Action
The story, My favorite Chaparone was based off of a Kazahk girl, Maya who moved to America with her family and had troubles settling in
Climax
The main character, Maya, Who has just moved from Kazakhstan to America, wants to go to a dance at her school but her family originally would not allow it since it is not usual in Kazakhstan.
Falling Action
You are such a good dancer Maya
Maya's brother, Nurzhan gets into a fight at school. Maya is forced to cancel her gymnastics and come to the school so that she could translate what the principal said because her parents wern't good at english
Resolution
Nurzhan You are a great Chaparone, You should chaparone at all of my dances
Maya gets caught playing wiith an American boy. Her mother hurts her foot at work and Maya is forced to continue her mothers work. She is also convinced that her parents definately wouldn't let her go. They decide to let her go only of Nurzhan was the Chaparone.
MAYA, GET OVER HERE RIGHT NOW.
Maya goes to the dance as Nurzhan as his chaparone. Maya played it off by saying she has to babysit her brother. After that Nurzhan goes to the bathroom and gives Maya some privacy with Daniel,(the American boy).
Maya thanks Nurzhan and and jokingly suggests that Nurzhan should be her Chaparone in any dance.
